The next Slave Lake Forest Public Advisory Committee (PAC) meeting will be held in-person on Thursday, July 29, 2021 at the Slave Lake Inn (Medallion Room). A light supper will be served between 6:00 - 7:00 pm followed by the meeting from 7:00 - 9:00 pm.

The Companies involved with the development of the Lesser Slave Lake Regional Forest Management Plan (LSLRFMP) are pleased to share the Spatial Harvest Sequence (SHS).

The SHS is available as four maps (one 1:175,000 overview map and three 1:150,000 sectional maps) and will be available for download until February 28^th. The maps cover the entire extent of the plan and identifies areas for harvest for both Decade 1 and Decade 2 of the plan. The SHS has been refined from the draft version available in the summer of 2020 and is the SHS submitted to the Government of Alberta in January for their review and approval decision.

Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, there will be no in-person open houses scheduled to discuss the SHS. All feedback is valuable, and we encourage interested parties to contact us directly through email at lesserslavelake@forcorp.com.

The Companies involved with the development of the Lesser Slave Lake Regional Forest Management Plan (LSLRFMP) are pleased to share the draft Spatial Harvest Sequence (SHS) for review.

The maps cover the entire extent of the plan and identifies areas for harvest for both Decade 1 and Decade 2 of the plan. Although the companies do not expect large changes in proposed harvest areas, the SHS is in draft form and subject to change.

Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, there will be no open houses scheduled to discuss the SHS. All feedback is valuable, and we encourage interested parties to contact us directly through email at lesserslavelake@forcorp.com. The last day to provide feedback based on the draft SHS will be September 15^th.
